General Description:

The mobile pharmacy layout is divided into four sections:

**Companion Area:** A space featuring seating for companions accompanying the pharmacy staff during transit, utilizing the bus's standard seating.
**Service/Transaction Area:** Designed to facilitate smooth customer interaction, ensuring adequate internal clearance between sections and sufficient space for easy movement and medication handling.
**Storage Area:** Optimized storage space that complies with health regulations and specifications required for medication safety.
The aforementioned sections are separated by a metal partition clad in wood, featuring an opening to allow access and movement between the areas.
**Rest Area:** A fold-down bed is installed at the rear of the bus, serving as a resting spot or converting into additional storage space when needed.
A metal partition clad in wood separates the rest area from the storage section, ensuring privacy during rest periods.
**Storage Section:**

Features include:

Wooden shelving units designed for organized and easy storage on both sides, ensuring accessibility; the wood used is scratch-resistant.
Adequate lighting tailored to the available space.
Equipped with a refrigerator (10 or 12 cubic feet) or a mini-bar (4.5 cubic feet).
Electrical outlets distributed along both sides.
1.5 HP air conditioning unit (split system). Equipped with interior cameras connected to a surveillance system and displayed on an internal monitor.
Customer Service Section:

Consists of:

Two service windows for public interaction (one for women, one for men).
A customer queuing system, with the system's display screen positioned appropriately at each window.
An interior layout designed for visual comfort and ease of movement; includes lower storage units (beneath the windows) made of scratch-resistant wood for temporary storage during service operations, as well as overhead units.
An easy-to-use, lightweight, yet durable external step to facilitate interaction at the service windows.
Air conditioning to ensure a suitable working environment.
Accompanying Personnel Section (directly behind the driver):

Consists of:

Seating for 4–6 accompanying staff members, utilizing the bus's standard seating. Four seats are reconfigured to accommodate a foldable table (wooden top with an iron frame) positioned between them, creating a comfortable setup for staff during travel or work breaks.

Rest Area (at the rear of the bus):

A fold-up bed is installed at the rear of the bus (featuring an electrostatically painted metal frame), serving as either a rest area or additional storage space when needed. A wooden partition separates the rest area from the storage section to ensure privacy. Vehicle Electrical Systems:

Power is supplied via two methods:
A 7 kVA, 220V electric generator.
An external power source (mains electricity) connected via a 32-amp external socket mounted on the side of the vehicle, equipped with necessary safety features (the socket includes a metal cover to protect against impact, rain, and dust).
Power source selection is controlled via a selector switch, accompanied by an indicator light for ease of use and a voltmeter to monitor internal voltage levels and protect equipment.
The vehicle is equipped with a 13-circuit electrical control panel, featuring:
Circuit breakers rated according to load requirements.
A selector switch.
A voltmeter.
Strategically distributed 220V power outlets.
Lighting control switches.
A grounding system to eliminate electrical leakage and enhance safety.
Air conditioning units for use while the vehicle is stationary or serving the public:
Two 1.5 HP inverter A/C units (cooling only), with indoor and outdoor units positioned to optimize weight distribution across the vehicle;
OR a single 3 HP unit to cover the entire area.
Camera Surveillance System:
A 2-megapixel camera surveillance system (featuring color night vision and microphones), comprising:
Two external cameras mounted on the vehicle body to ensure 360-degree exterior visibility.
Two internal cameras mounted to ensure full visibility of the vehicle's interior. Mounted 22-inch monitor.
1TB SSD hard drive.
NVR unit secured inside a storage compartment or within the 22-inch monitor chassis to prevent vibration or environmental damage.
Customer calling system:
Equipped with two customer-facing calling screens, a customer ticket printer, and two calling control units.
Internet connectivity via router or external uplink.

Laptop and printer.
10-cubic-foot refrigerator.
Water dispenser.
32-inch screen for displaying pharmacy activities.
Exterior vehicle fittings:

Exterior canopy providing protection from sun and rain while the vehicle is stationary and during service at the service windows.
High-quality, foldable steel side ladder with designated interior mounting points.
Exterior lighting to aid visibility during night operations.
Design, printing, and application of high-quality exterior decals, including see-through graphics for the windows (design subject to client approval). Waiting chairs and folding tables can be supplied to create a waiting area outside the pharmacy.
Specifications for upgrading the vehicle

Refurbishment and upgrade work for the client-supplied vehicle (2015 Mercedes 52-passenger bus):

Installation of an air conditioning system powered by the bus's 24V battery—serving only the accompanying persons' area and the storage area—while the vehicle is in motion. The system comprises:
(Compressor – external unit mounted on the bus roof – internal unit within each designated area)

Bodywork and painting (metal body and fiberglass components)
Inspection and servicing of door seals
Oil change
Filter replacement
Installation of the transmission (gearbox)
The upgrade work does not include engine overhauls or internal engine repairs.
